The role requires on-site presence, strong communication, and basic computer skills, with a focus on customer service and occupancy goals. A High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Requires on-site coordination and strong customer service skills.
• Leasing, marketing, and resident relations experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software required.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and tour community.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in marketing plan execution and market surveys.
