RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies in the Houston area. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication and sales skills, with experience using Entrata/Yardi or OneSite. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Advanced Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata/Yardi and/or OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and prepare lease packages to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Design and execute offsite marketing activities to drive traffic and referrals.
• Monitor market trends and advise on improvements to sustain occupancy and performance.
• Manage lease enforcement, inspections, collections, and renewals per lease terms.
• Ensure property safety, cleanliness, and show unit quality through daily inspections.
