Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Leasing Consultant to execute marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in.

You will also engage in off-site marketing, referrals programs, and stay informed about market trends to optimize occupancy. The role requires strong communication, presentation and customer service, with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi and OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Lease and show units to prospects, qualifying them in person.
• Process applications, conduct credit checks and set up move‑in packages.
• Prepare leases, ensure smooth move‑in and renewals, and perform follow‑ups.
• Design off-site marketing to drive traffic and leasing activity.
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
