Brazos Residential Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant to act as the front-line ambassador for residents, prospects, and the public. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to attract new residents and ensure satisfaction through the lease term.

You will lease apartments, tour prospects, and maintain accurate paperwork while promoting the property and community in a professional, customer-focused manner.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Driver’s License
• Dependable transportation to work
• Ability to work days, weekends, and evenings
• Strong sales and customer service mindset
• Bi-lingual required

• Lease apartments.
• Know community, floor plans, amenities.
• Convert leads into tours with property details.
• Follow up with leads, document daily traffic and visits.
• Promote property through outreach and social efforts.
• Oversee move-in readiness and lease renewals.
• Enter data into resident databases and coordinate resident services.
