Job summary

Brazos Residential Management seeks a Leasing Consultant to serve as the face of the property, handling leasing, tours, and resident relations. You will convert leads, coordinate applications, and drive renewal activity while delivering outstanding service to residents, prospects, vendors, and visitors.

You will promote the property through outreach marketing, respond quickly to inquiries, and ensure lease paperwork is accurate and move-ins are smooth.

Qualifications

• 6 months multifamily or related customer experience is a plus.
• Bilingual is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work days, weekends, and evenings.
• Proficient written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments.
• Know your community and be knowledgeable of floor plans, amenities, and comps.
• Convert leads into tours with compelling information.
• Follow up with leads and prospects and document activities.
• Engage in outreach marketing to attract new residents.
• Respond promptly to calls, emails, and site visits.
• Process applications and lease paperwork accurately.
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready.
• Manage lease renewals.
• Enter information into internal databases.
• Address resident concerns and coordinate service requests.
• Plan and participate in resident functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
