Bader is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Texas communities. You will respond quickly to inquiries, generate leads, conduct personalized tours, and guide applicants through the screening and lease process.

You will maintain market knowledge, strive to meet occupancy and renewal goals, deliver excellent customer service to residents and prospects, support events and outreach while promoting the community across approved channels.

Qualifications

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from phone, email, website, social media or walk-ins.
• Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into tours and lease applications.
• Conduct personalized apartment and community tours highlighting features, amenities, pricing, and availability.
• Guide prospects through the application, screening, approval and lease-signing process.
• Maintain knowledge of current market conditions, competing communities, rental rates and amenities.
• Aim to achieve leasing, occupancy and renewal goals established by management.
• Maintain leasing closing ratios that meet company expectations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner across channels.
• Generate leads and drive prospects to tours and applications.
• Conduct property tours and present pricing, units and incentives.
• Support applicants through screening, approval and signing of leases.
• Monitor market conditions and competitor pricing to stay competitive.
