Woodruff Property Management Company is seeking an energetic Leasing Consultant to assist prospective residents, support leasing efforts, and provide outstanding service to current residents. The role focuses on marketing, leasing, and resident relations to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all tenants.

Responsibilities include showing apartments, verifying applications, and coordinating move-in/move-out processes while maintaining professionalism and a friendly approach.

Qualifications

• Leasing or related sales experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and manage responsibilities.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Professional, friendly, and customer-service driven.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation to support property needs.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.

Responsabilités

• Market, show, and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Assess budget, preferences, and needs of potential residents.
• Maintain updated inventory and track renewal information.
