Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet and qualify visitors.
• Conduct tours, sign leases, and close sales to meet leasing goals.
• Prepare leasing paperwork and assist with turnover and audits.
• Maintain accurate prospect data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support resident relations and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in implementing marketing plans and market surveys.
