Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations across a property. You will effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents, greet and qualify prospects, tour the community, and sign leases.

Regular on-site attendance and strong customer service are essential. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs.
