Qualifications

• Experience in leasing apartments and coordinating marketing initiatives.
• Ability to greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including tours, applications, and move-in packages.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
