Job summary

Kairoi is seeking a Leasing Professional in San Antonio to manage the sales cycle from inquiry to lease signing, delivering high-quality service to prospective and current residents.

You will showcase community features, handle tours, maintain knowledge of floor plans and pricing, and use Yardi/RealPage to manage applications and leases. Strong communication, organization, and a team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• At least two years of leasing or sales experience, preferably in multifamily.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi or RealPage).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Present the community and apartments to prospects in a professional, enthusiastic manner.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through the leasing process.
• Maintain knowledge of floor plans, pricing, and availability.
• Use Yardi/RealPage to manage resident information, applications, and leases.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs to ensure a smooth experience.
• Plan resident retention programs and community events.
