Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in leasing or sales, preferably in multifamily.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi or RealPage).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Present the community and apartments enthusiastically, highlighting features and amenities.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and guide prospects through leasing.
• Maintain understanding of property features, floorplans, pricing, and availability.
• Use Yardi/RealPage to manage resident data, applications, and leases.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs to ensure a positive experience for residents.
• Plan and execute resident retention programs and community events.
• Collaborate with the Community Manager on marketing, social media, and online reputation.
• Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, ensuring compliance with laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
