Qualifications

• Essential skills include strong sales and customer-service abilities demonstrated through leasing activities.
• Ability to greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, background checks and prepare lease packages.
• Experience with on-site marketing, referrals and online/offline marketing is a plus.
• Ability to analyze market trends and respond to occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute property marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet and qualify prospects in person, conduct tours, process applications and perform background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages and ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Design offsite marketing activities to drive traffic (referrals, employer outreach, social media).
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing plans to sustain occupancy and performance.
• Enforce lease terms including inspections, evictions, collections and notices.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leases or renewals and address concerns.
• Maintain property cleanliness, safety and show-unit standards daily.
• Resolve customer complaints and stay informed about competitor conditions.
