RangeWater Residential seeks a Leasing Consultant to handle marketing, leasing, and renewals to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in experience for new residents.

The role includes coordinating with on-site teams, executing marketing plans, and maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction. Weekend availability may be required, with typical site hours posted.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales is preferred.
• Ability to conduct property tours and screen applicants.
• Competent in processing applications and leases.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, check credit and background, prepare lease packages and move-in documents.
• Design and execute on-site/off-site marketing to drive traffic and leases.
• Monitor occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction; respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
