Corvias Corporation is seeking an Assistant Leasing & Resident Manager to support leasing, resident services, and daily operations across our property portfolio in Kentucky. You will help implement sales and marketing strategies, ensure occupancy targets, and maintain high resident satisfaction by coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in sales, leasing, marketing, hospitality or customer service with a minimum of 6 months experience in residential property management.
• Six months experience in a supervisory or lead role required.
• Ability to lead projects and develop, inspire, and motivate team to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Support the Leasing & Resident Manager by increasing leasing operations efficiency and ensuring procedures meet business requirements.
• Assist in pursuing and deploying sales and marketing strategies to increase income and occupancy.
• Present the community as high quality of living by keeping tour paths and model units ready for showing.
