Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate in Huntsville is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue by leading leasing, touring, and application processing. You will prepare leases, run credit/background checks, and ensure smooth move-ins.

You will also market the property, analyze market trends, enforce lease terms, and respond to resident concerns while maintaining property appearance and coordinating renewal activity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service preferred.
• Proficiency in property management software, preferably Entrata/Yardi/OneSite.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, greeting prospects, tours, applications, screenings, lease documents, and move-in.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing to drive traffic, including referrals, employer outreach, social media, and property plans.
• Gathers, analyzes market trends and stays informed on technology and industry standards.
• Lease enforcement: inspections, evictions, collections, notifications, and actions as per lease.
• Follow-ups with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals; support renewal documents.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the property; daily inspections of show units and common areas.
• Resolve customer complaints and stay informed about market and competitive conditions.
