RangeWater Real Estate in Madison, AL is seeking a Leasing Consultant to drive occupancy and revenue by leasing to new residents, ensuring satisfaction, and renewing leases.

You will conduct tours, process applications, screen tenants, collaborate with marketing, and maintain property appearance while adhering to company standards. This role requires weekend availability and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience Preferred: Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background.
• Advanced Skills: Communication, Presentation, and Delivery.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management; strong property management software knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Performs leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals: greet prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, credit screening, background checks, prepare lease/move-in package, ensure smooth move-in and lease signing.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing to drive traffic (referrals, employer outreach, internet marketing, social media) and follow property-specific plans.
• Gathers and interprets market trends and stays informed on technology, leasing tools and industry standards.
• Lease enforcement: inspections, evictions, collections, notifications per lease terms.
• Follows up with prospects and new residents to finalize leases or renewals; supports renewal program.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness, appearance, and daily show units; reports malfunctions; ensures show quality.
• Resolves customer complaints and issues; stays informed about market conditions.
• Travel local as needed for meetings/trainings.
