Cardinal Group Companies in Stillwater, OK is seeking a Leasing Community Intern (Temporary, Non-Exempt) to support front desk operations and leasing activity. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be enrolled in a degree program with a minimum of 6 credit hours.
• Must have completed at least one year at the enrolled college or university.
• Maintain a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.
• Must be a current or future leaseholder of the community.
• Must live on designated community floor as assigned by Community Manager.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and have a valid driver’s license.
• Available to work approximately 20 hours per week, evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality customer service and assist residents.
• Perform administrative front desk tasks and duties.
• Participate in Cardinal Way of Leasing (CWoL) training.
• Warmly greet prospective clients and present the community and apartments.
• Complete lease applications and lease file paperwork.
• Maintain accurate lease documentation and assist with audits.
• Support planning of community events and various projects.
• Be on-call for lock-outs and nightly rounds; evenings/weekends required.
