Job summary

Lifestyle Property Management is seeking a Leasing Experience Coordinator to elevate resident and community experiences by supporting leasing leadership and ensuring smooth operations at an assigned property.

You will guide prospective residents through the application and lease process, coordinate move-ins, renewals, and respond to resident needs with a professional, service-oriented approach, while maintaining community aesthetics and guest relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Experience in hospitality, sales, customer service, or leasing operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn fair housing regulations required.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays as needed.
• Valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with information about the community, model homes, and living experience.
• Bring sales-focused energy to leasing, manage applicant journey, payments, lease generation, and orientations.
• Guide applicants through the application and lease process through move-in.
• Assist with new lease applications and renewal lease processes.
• Follow up on resident questions and support customer service efforts.
• Maintain tour path and assist with upkeep of grounds and cleanliness.
• Greet residents and guests professionally and expedite requests.
• Answer and direct all incoming calls; conduct daily grounds inspections.
