• Three or more years of experience in property management, with at least one year as a Community Manager
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience is preferred
• Proven leadership and guest relations skills
• Strong communication and organization abilities
• Proficient with MS Office and property management software

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and supervise all team members through a positive mentoring approach
• Drive occupancy and NOI through strategic marketing and leasing
• Prepare operating budgets and maintain vendor relationships
• Ensure rent is collected and deposits posted promptly
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with policies
• Oversee leasing of model apartments and office openings
