Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts across our communities. You will drive occupancy, execute tours, process applications, and manage renewals while delivering exceptional resident service.

You will stay current on market trends and leverage online tools to attract and retain residents. Strong communication and organization are essential, as is the ability to work with maintenance teams to ensure top-tier show units.

Qualifications

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Provide excellent resident service and timely response to resident needs.
• Stay informed on market conditions and implement marketing plans to boost occupancy.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and leases.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate with maintenance for readiness.
• Design and execute marketing activities to generate traffic and referrals.
• Track leasing data using property management software and maintain accurate records.
• Support lease renewals with letters, packages and proactive outreach.
• Respond promptly to resident and owner inquiries and resolve issues.
