Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction goals.

You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, and prepare lease packages to ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing. You will also support renewal activities and maintain show units in an attractive condition.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leasing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and finalize leases.
• Strong communication and customer service to ensure resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates with maintenance.
• Develops marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies related to concessions and programs.
• Designs marketing activities to create traffic using internet marketing tools.
• Uses property management software to track availability and leasing activities.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and prepares leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to finalize lease or renewals.
• Supports lease renewal process by preparing renewal letters and packages.
• Addresses resident or owner questions promptly and coordinates with relevant teams.
