Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Agent to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a residential community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, screen applicants, and prepare leases to drive occupancy and revenue.

The role includes coordinating with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness and following up to convert prospects into residents. You will analyze market conditions, implement plans to sustain occupancy, and support renewal activities with timely lease

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or sales within multifamily properties.
• Strong customer-service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to qualify prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Inspect show units and coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop marketing plans to drive traffic and manage data in PETs/CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to secure leases and renewals.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and packages.
