Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a leasing professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies for a multi-family community. You will greet prospects, tour properties, manage applications, credit checks, and lease agreements, while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating move-ins, coordinating maintenance for occupancy readiness, and executing marketing plans to drive traffic and renewals.

Qualifications

• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments, process applications, perform credit and background checks, prepare the lease and move-in package.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate needed repairs with maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic to the community.
• Drive website and online marketing efforts (Craigslist, Facebook, email) and follow program guidelines to boost occupancy.
• Use property management software to track availability, record activity, and manage resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards and prepare the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure leases or renewals.
• Support lease renewals by preparing renewal letters and coordinating with renewing residents.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner inquiries and document requests.
