• Valid driver’s license required to operate golf cart on property.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, and process applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours, show apartments, and process applications.
• Maintain move-in readiness and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to close leases.
