Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing professional to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and help secure leases and renewals.

The role requires driving lease activity, ensuring move-in readiness, and maintaining competitive occupancy through targeted marketing efforts. The position involves using OneSite/Yardi, inspecting units for move-in readiness, and supporting resident satisfaction through timely

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Ability to greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare leases and move-in packages.
• Screen applications, perform background checks, and ensure compliance with leasing policies.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Coordinate show units, maintain show quality, and communicate maintenance needs.
• Follow up with residents to encourage renewals and ensure satisfaction.
• Utilize property management software (OneSite/Yardi) to track leasing data and demographics.
