Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a residential community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and prepare move-ins, ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction and occupancy.

You will work with OneSite and Yardi to track inventory, communicate with maintenance, and execute renewal campaigns. Strong communication and sales skills are essential, with a focus on delivering excellent

Qualifications

This role requires strong leasing and renewal coordination experience.
Ability to qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and sign leases.
Familiarity with on-site management software and marketing programs.

Responsibilities

Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and background checks.
Prepare leases and move-in packages, ensure smooth move-ins and Signing.
Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
Design marketing activities to drive traffic and inquiries.
Track leasing activity in OneSite/Yardi and manage data quality.
Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy.
Support lease renewals by preparing letters and packages.
