Job summary

Responsibilities include marketing, tenant communications, unit readiness, and renewal management, with on-site software usage and a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing experience preferred.
• Greet and qualify prospects; conduct tours and process applications.
• Maintain strong customer service and communication with residents and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, including tours, applications, credit checks, and lease packaging.
• Inspects units prior to move‑in and coordinates maintenance to ensure move‑in readiness.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy; follows policies on concessions and specials.
• Creates and executes marketing campaigns to drive traffic via Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other sites.
• Uses on-site property software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to track availability and leasing activities.
• Ensures show units meet company standards and prepares the leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Supports lease renewal process with letters and packages ahead of move‑out dates.
• Responds promptly to resident/owner questions and documents requests.
