• Ability to greet, qualify prospects and present tours.
• Familiarity with marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Show apartments, process applications, run credit and background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in packages; ensure smooth move-in and signing.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
