You will stay informed on market conditions, develop marketing plans, and implement programs to boost occupancy. Proficiency with OneSite or Yardi and strong customer service are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing or property management preferred.
• Ability to greet and qualify prospects and conduct tours.
• Familiarity with screening processes and lease paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Show apartments and process applications and background checks.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic and inquiries.
• Use on-site property management software to track data and inventory.
• Ensure show units meet quality standards and prepare leasing office daily.
