Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Specialist/Community Manager to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies for occupancy and revenue growth. You will qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and prepare move‑in packages, ensuring a smooth leasing experience.

Responsibilities include marketing activities, updating show units, and following up with prospects to finalize leases and renewals. Prior experience with OneSite or Yardi is helpful.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales and resident relations.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, tour properties and process applications.
• Familiarity with market conditions and occupancy strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing and occupancy goals through tours, applications, credit checks and move‑in packages.
• Inspect show units and coordinate with maintenance to ensure move‑in readiness.
• Develop and execute short- and long‑term marketing plans; drive traffic via online and offline channels.
• Use on‑site software to track availability, traffic and resident data.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to secure renewals and satisfaction.
• Support lease renewal processes and timely signing of documents.
• Address resident concerns promptly and coordinate with management and maintenance teams.
