Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Marketing Representative to coordinate the community's leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue targets. You will engage with prospective residents, tour properties, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in process while maintaining resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include designing local marketing plans, using online tools, and tracking data in Yardi to optimize traffic and conversions.

Qualifications

Background in sales, marketing, internet and customer service related to leasing.
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively for legal documents and reports.

Responsibilities

Perform all sales and leasing activities in person to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, perform background checks, and prepare lease packages.
Inspect apartments pre-move-in and coordinate with maintenance for readiness.
Develop and implement marketing plans and online campaigns to sustain occupancy.
Utilize Yardi and other software to track availability and leasing activities.
Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
Prepare lease renewal letters and packages and coordinate renewals on time.
