Job summary

Gallery Residential seeks a Marketing Representative to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal efforts across our communities. You will manage tours, applications, screenings and move-ins while driving occupancy and revenue goals.

Collaborating with on-site teams, you will implement marketing plans, engage residents and prospective residents, and use Yardi to track data and performance. A strong focus on customer service and renewal activity is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current valid driver's license required.
• Experience in sales, marketing and customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform leasing activities, greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and prepare lease documents.
• Qualify prospects, screen credit and background checks, and coordinate move-in packages.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to maintain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Use on-site property management software (Yardi) to track availability and leasing activity.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewal opportunities.
