Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Marketing Representative for its Property Management team. The role focuses on coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals while delivering resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

Responsibilities include tours, applications, screenings, renewals, and coordinating with maintenance and on-site staff. Proficiency with marketing tools and Yardi is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, marketing, internet, and customer service to resolve complaints and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and sign leases.
• Inspect apartments and coordinate maintenance for move-in readiness.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute offsite marketing to drive traffic to the property (Facebook, Instagram, email, websites).
• Utilize Yardi or other PM software to track availability and data.
• Prepare leasing office for daily activities and ensure show units are appealing.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
