Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Marketing Representative to coordinate the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will drive occupancy and revenue by leasing to new residents, ensuring satisfaction during the lease term, and promoting lease renewals.

You will work with the on-site team to execute marketing plans, conduct property tours, manage applications, and collaborate with maintenance and staff to keep show units appealing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service background preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand legal documents and reports.
• Proficiency with basic math and budgeting for reports.
• Familiarity with internet marketing, websites, and online ads is helpful.
• Industry certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Show apartments, greet prospects, process applications, and coordinate move-ins.
• Conduct property tours and maintain show units to meet company standards.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Track traffic, leasing activity, and resident data using Yardi or similar PM software.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages for renewing residents.
• Communicate with maintenance teams about scheduling and upkeep needs.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner inquiries and document requests.
• Complete various financial, administrative, and reporting duties as needed.
