Qualifications

• Experience using sales, marketing and customer service to resolve issues and maintain records.
• Ability to greet prospects, tour properties and qualify leads in person.
• Familiarity with leasing paperwork, credit checks and move‑in processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct property tours, process applications and prepare lease packages.
• Follow up with residents to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewals.
