Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Marketing Representative to coordinate leasing, marketing and renewal strategies across the community. You will engage with prospects, conduct tours, process applications and prepare leases to optimize occupancy and revenue.

The role involves creating marketing plans, using web tools to drive traffic, and maintaining resident satisfaction through proactive communication and renewals. Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service to resolve customer issues preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and understand legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals, greeting prospects face‑to‑face and processing applications.
• Inspects apartments prior to move‑in and coordinates maintenance items as needed.
• Develops and implements short- and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies related to concessions and specials.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing activities to drive traffic, using internet tools and referrals.
• Uses property management software (Yardi) to track availability and manage data.
• Ensures show units meet quality standards and prepares leasing office for daily activities.
• Follows up with prospects and renewals to finalize lease decisions.
• Prepares lease renewal letters and packages, meeting with renewing residents in advance of move‑out dates.
