Gallery Residential is seeking a Marketing Representative to coordinate on-site marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention through tours, applications, and renewals.

You will work with the on-site team to implement marketing plans, manage data in Yardi, and ensure show units meet quality standards. Routine duties include customer service, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and leasing skills with customer service focus.
• Ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi) and online marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site leasing, tours, applications, and move-in processing.
• Inspect units, coordinate maintenance, ensure show readiness.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy and revenue.
• Coordinate lease renewals and communicate with residents.
• Follow up with prospects to close deals and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare leasing office for daily operations and reporting.
