You'll use Yardi and social media tools to drive traffic, analyze market conditions, and implement marketing plans. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service to resolve issues and maintain records.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively for legal docs and lease processes.
• Proficiency with property management software and online marketing tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Conduct property tours and process applications and background checks.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Utilize internet marketing tools and social platforms to attract prospects.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and renewals.
• Prepare renewal letters and packages and manage follow-through on renewals.
