Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Marketing Representative to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across a multi‑family community. You will drive occupancy and revenue by hosting tours, screening applicants, and delivering a smooth move‑in experience.

You will work as part of the on‑site Property Management team, with responsibilities including marketing plans, resident outreach, and renewal administration, while using Yardi and MS Office daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong sales, leasing and customer service background.
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively for leasing and reporting.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare lease and move‑in packages and coordinate signings.
• Inspect apartments and ensure move‑in readiness with maintenance.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Utilize online marketing tools and social media to drive traffic.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure leases.
• Prepare renewal letters/packages and reach renewing residents early.
