Job summary

Gallery Residential seeks a Marketing Representative to coordinate community marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will handle leasing to new residents, ensure satisfaction, and secure lease renewals.

You will work with the on-site team to drive marketing plans, utilize Yardi for data tracking, and implement campaigns across digital channels to boost traffic and occupancy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in sales, marketing, internet, and customer service helpful for resolving issues and completing records.

Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities in person to achieve revenue and occupancy goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and preparing lease and move-in packages.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates with maintenance for any outstanding items.
• Stays informed about market conditions and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs and executes offsite marketing activities to drive traffic, including referral and employer outreach and online tools.
• Uses property management software (Yardi) to track availability, manage data, and capture resident information.
• Ensures show units meet company standards by inspecting marketing areas, communicating needs to maintenance, and preparing show units.
