The role requires weekend availability, strong customer service and communication skills, and familiarity with property management software such as Entrata or Yardi.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales, marketing or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, credit and background checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Support resident retention and lease renewals through ongoing communication.
• Design and implement on-site marketing to drive occupancy.
