Job summary

Morgan Properties in Conyers, GA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to help operate our residential communities. You will assist with leasing activities, rent collections, resident services, and coordinating maintenance under the Property Manager’s guidance.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, plus a willingness to manage records, schedule showings, and support staff to deliver excellent resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2–3 years related experience in property management.
• Experience in leasing, collections and resident services is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Assist leasing, collections, resident services and maintenance oversight.
• Support with monthly reports on renewals, rents and occupancy.
• Maintain accurate resident records and process deposits and refunds.
