Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance oversight while reporting to the Property Manager.

This role requires an Associate degree or 2–3 years related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license with travel between properties. Excellent base pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2-3 years related experience.
• Prior property management or managerial experience in sales/customer service.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, collections, and resident services, plus maintenance oversight.
• Provide training and coaching to office staff; assist in staff meetings and minutes.
• Attend to payments and vendor coordination; maintain accurate records and renewal processes.
• Oversee lease and renewal processes and ensure compliance with policies.
