The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork. Candidates with an associates degree or equivalent experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2–3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Property management or managerial experience in sales/customer service preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and driving may be required for travel between properties.
