Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, collections, resident services and maintenance oversight across its communities. You will report to the Property Manager and help with move-ins, renewals, resident records, and service requests while maintaining high standards and promoting resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of related experience and/or training.
• Prior experience in property management or managerial experience in a sales/customer service role.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for traveling between properties.

Responsibilities

• Leasing, collections, and resident services: address delinquencies and initiate eviction process when needed.
• Follow up on delinquencies and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Handle activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, resident insurance, and lease renewals.
• Schedule appointments for prospects and residents and maintain accurate resident records.
• Process security deposit refunds and promote resident retention programs.
