Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance oversight at our Augusta properties. You will work under the Property Manager to uphold high standards and deliver exceptional service to residents and staff.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and teamwork, with comprehensive benefits, education reimbursement, and performance incentives included.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (A.S, A.A.) or 2–3 years of related experience.
• Prior experience in property management or managerial experience in a sales/customer service role.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance oversight.
• Address delinquent accounts, assist with evictions if required, and ensure timely payments.
• Schedule appointments for prospects and residents, and maintain accurate resident records.
• Assist in monthly reporting on renewals, rents, leasing, and retention.
• Provide training and coaching to staff as directed by the Property Manager.
• Support vendor relations, invoicing, and lease renewals oversight.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and company policies.
