Job summary

Morgan Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations under the Property Manager. You will assist with leasing, collections, resident services, and maintenance oversight to uphold high standards for residents and staff.

The role also involves supporting staff, preparing monthly reports, training office staff, and ensuring compliance with housing laws. Strong communication, organization, and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (A.S, A.A.) or 2–3 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination.
• Prior property management or managerial experience in sales/customer service is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and driving record may be required for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing, collections, resident services and maintenance oversight.
• Provide managerial support in absence of the Property Manager and help with monthly reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, ensure proper invoicing and lease renewals.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
