Morgan Group in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant/Assistant Community Manager to support day-to-day operations and drive resident satisfaction.

You will supervise leasing teams, manage rents and paperwork, maintain files, and coordinate maintenance while upholding Morgan's standards and Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Assistant Community Manager.
• Ability to interact well with co-workers, supervisors, guests, vendors and the public.
• Above average organizational and verbal skills.
• Ability to perform intermediate mathematical functions.
• Strong customer service and marketing skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in day-to-day operations of the community.
• Maintain professional office environment and resident files.
• Meet with Maintenance Supervisor to address service requests and cleanliness.
• Manage bookkeeping and rent collection; prepare monthly financials.
• Ensure compliance with policies and lease agreements; handle move-ins/outs.
