Greystar is seeking a Leasing Associate to coordinate marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals at a Greystar community. Responsibilities include greeting prospects, touring, processing applications, credit and background checks, and preparing lease packages.

The role requires at least 1 year of leasing experience, valid driver's license, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leasing or apartment marketing experience.
• Ability to greet prospects, tour properties, process applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct tours, and process applications.
• Screen credit and background checks; prepare lease paperwork.
• Ensure units are ready for move-in and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Use property management software to track availability and data.
• Follow up with new residents to maximize renewals.
